The services provided are delivered in a manner that is expected to deliver in the short and medium terms, significant effort is put to render the outcome of these services tangible and result oriented.
The Commitment of the Consultancy is not limited to the delivery of the final report and the receipt of the last service fees, but unlimited support is delivered whenever the Beneficiary Company requires advice although not contracted. Implementation Plans are always an integral part of the project whether identified as a need by the Beneficiary Company at the earlier phase of identification of needs or not.
Furthermore, the Consultancy is often willing to accept challenges of delivering results out of well-though-off plans and is willing to be contracted for the medium term on the successful implementation of the project against a success fee additional to the Consultancy Retainer.
