Marketing & Implementation Consultancy was founded by Ashraf Nasser Shenouda. Mr. Shenouda has an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication and a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Shenouda has worked for Schneider Electric from 1992 to 1998 and from 2003 to 2005 in Marketing & Commercial positions ranging from Head of Automation Activity &
Marketing Manager for Industrial Control Strategic Business Unit for Saudi Arabia to National Sales Manager in Egypt. He introduced the Application Solution Approach to the Corporate Vice President Marketing and was assigned from Q4 ’96 till end of Q4 ’97 to develop the approach & the tools with the Central Strategic Function in Rueil Malmaison, Paris. The Pilot project was launched in Jeddah, Riyadh & Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia , November 1997; followed by Istanbul, Turkey in January 2008. Mr. Shenouda was awarded “Cap Challenge” Trophy for the Achievement of the Highest Growth for a Market for commercial achievements in 1996 in Saud Arabia.
In Q3 1998, Mr. Shenouda was head hunted by General Electric International Operations, and was in-charge of launching the European Product line derived from GE’s acquisition of a Number of European Low Voltage Distribution & Control Industrial Facilities such as: AEG Germany, Alstom UK, Unelec France, Vynckier Belgium, CGE Intaly, Agut Spain and others. GE had created a Joint Venture to serve the Middle East from Cairo in 1997 but has failed to penetrate the Egyptian market until 1999. Mr. Shenouda was responsible for the structuring of the Market Penetration Strategy, negotiation of potential partner distributors, Original Equipment Manufacturers and System Integrators for the successful penetration in the Egyptian Market. GE is currently the Market Challenger (2nd market share position) for the Control Products in Egypt.
